General Terms

  • Yara’s Beauty may update policies anytime, and updates take effect immediately.
  • Buyers & suppliers using the platform automatically accept the terms.
  • Suppliers must publish their own return policies; Yara’s Beauty’s policy prevails in case of conflict.

Order Cancellation

  • Buyers can cancel an order before shipping via “Request Refund” or customer service.
  • Some suppliers may not allow cancellations before shipping.
  • Suppliers must accept/reject cancellation within 3 business days.

Return & Refund Requests

  • Buyers must file a return/refund request within 20 days of delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
  • If a supplier does not process a refund request within the allowed time, Yara’s Beauty will issue a refund.
  • If goods are damaged, suppliers must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days and refund once tracking shows “in transit.”

Refund Timing

  • Unshipped Orders: Refund issued if the supplier fails to process within stated time.
  • Shipped Orders: Supplier must process refund requests within 10 business days, or Yara’s Beauty will refund the order.
  • Returns in Transit: Supplier refunds within 3 business days or reships within 5 business days upon request.
  • Destroyed Packages: Refund within 3 business days or reship within 5 business days if the buyer provides proof.

Incorrect Address

  • Buyers must contact the supplier or Yara’s Beauty to update address details.
  • If already shipped, buyers must coordinate with the logistics company.
  • If delivered to the wrong address, buyers must return at their own cost for a refund or redelivery (with extra shipping fees).

Defective Products

  • Buyers must submit photo/video proof of damage or incorrect items.
  • Suppliers/Yara’s Beauty have 3 business days to verify proof.
  • If valid, suppliers must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days and issue a refund when tracking shows “in transit.”
  • Redelivery must occur within 5 business days unless out of stock.

Logistics Issues

  • Wrong Tracking Info: Supplier must correct it within 4 business days, or Yara’s Beauty will issue a refund.
  • Tracking Not Updated: If no update for 7+ days, a refund must be issued within 3 business days.
  • Delayed Shipping: If transit time exceeds 10+ days beyond estimate and no tracking updates exist, a refund must be issued.

Special Circumstances

  • In cases like holidays, bad weather, or COVID-19, buyers should contact Yara’s Beauty for assistance.
  • A decision will be made within two weeks.

Dispute Resolution

  • If buyers are unsatisfied with the resolution, they must file a dispute with Yara’s Beauty.
